Warranty Details

Warranty Period

Karosh products are covered under warranty for a period of 2 year from the date of purchase. During this period, we provide protection and free repair/replacement for any production or material defects.

Situations Covered Under Warranty
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Material defects
  • Defects that may arise under standard usage conditions
Situations Not Covered Under Warranty
  • Damages caused by misuse or negligence
  • Damages resulting from external factors (e.g., falling, impact, chemical exposure, etc.)
  • Repairs or interventions carried out by unauthorized individuals
  • Changes made to the original structure of the product
Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims
  • For warranty claims, shipping costs will be covered by us once, for the first service request.
  • For non-warranty-related returns, the shipping cost must be covered by the customer.
How to Access Warranty Services

To benefit from the warranty service, you must submit the product along with the original invoice or proof of purchase to an authorized Karosh retailer/service center or the official Karosh sales point where the product was purchased.
During the warranty period, repair or replacement services will be carried out free of charge.

Return and Cancellation Policy

The product must be returned in its original packaging, with the contents undamaged, and in a condition that allows the seller to resell it.

If this right is exercised, the original invoice for the product/service delivered to the buyer or a third party must be returned.

Refund Timeline for Right of Withdrawal

Once notification of withdrawal is received, the product/service cost and delivery fees will be refunded to the buyer within 14 days at the latest.

The buyer is obliged to return the product/service within 10 days of exercising the right of withdrawal.
