1. Warranty Period: Karosh products are under warranty for 1 year from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, protection against manufacturing and material defects that may occur in our products and free maintenance/replacement is provided.
2. Conditions covered by the warranty: Production defects Material defects Defects that may occur under standard conditions of use.
3. The following cases are excluded from the warranty: Damage caused by misuse or negligence. Damage caused by external factors (dropping, impact, chemical contact, etc.). Repairs or interventions made by unauthorized persons. Changes to the original structure of the product.
4- Within the scope of the warranty, one-time shipping is covered by us. If the return right is used outside the scope of the warranty, the shipping cost is borne by the customer.
4.1- In order to benefit from the warranty service, you must apply to our authorized dealer/service center or the official Karosh point of sale where you purchased the product together with the original invoice or proof of purchase. During the warranty period, repair or replacement will be carried out free of charge.
The packaging and contents of the product must not be damaged and must be of a quality that can be offered for sale again by the Seller. The return procedures within the scope of the Right of Withdrawal are included in the Distance Sales Contract.
If this right is exercised, the original invoice for the goods/services delivered to the 3rd party or the Buyer must be returned.
The cost of the goods / service and delivery costs shall be returned to the Buyer within 14 (fourteen) days at the latest following the receipt of the notice of the right of withdrawal, and the buyer is obliged to return the goods / service within 10 (ten) days.
If the original invoice is not sent, VAT and other legal obligations, if any, cannot be refunded to the Buyer.
